At Eureka People Solutions, our foundation was built long before our company was created. Through our sister company, Eureka Insurance Solutions, we have spent more than 20 years working closely with businesses throughout California in the employee benefits space. Over the years, we saw a common challenge facing many small and medium-sized businesses — managing people, compliance, recruiting, and HR responsibilities while still trying to focus on growing their company.
